Human Being of the Week: Sejal Narsey

My latest Human Being of the Week is the wonderful Sejal Narsey (violinist and singer in bands such as 41st and Home and Lady Jams). I met her back in 2011 at the Peak Performance Project. We were the youngest artists there, and she was such a great comfort to me (I was completely terrified). Not only is she an amazing musician, but the last time I talked to her she was in Haida Gwaii doing research for her geography degree. I seriously don't know how she does it all... but here are some of the ways she copes with all of the things she's got on her plate.
